Joseph H. Olaynack, III is a member with the firm who concentrates his practice in Real Estate Law, Construction Law, Environmental Law, Civil Litigation, Business Formation, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, and Personal Injury. He has particular interest in advising small businesses regarding the variety of legal issues that they face. Mr. Olaynack was born in Newport and attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he graduated in 1987 with a degree in Civil Engineering, and is a 1997 graduate of Boston College Law School. Before attending law school he worked for several years with the firm KPMG as a civil engineer, project engineer, project manager and management consultant. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Newport County YMCA, a member of the Rotary Club, and a governor of Newport Hospital.
