Members of the firm have extensive experience advising clients on residential and commercial real estate purchase, sales and leasing, real estate development projects, subdivisions, and with planning, zoning, and environmental issues. As part of our real estate practice, we provide advice for clients on purchase and sale agreements, perform title searches, secure title insurance policies, and represent buyers, sellers and lenders at real estate closings. We also provide advice to both commercial and residential landlords and tenants on their rights in the landlord/tenant relationship. In addition, the firm advises condominium associations and condominium unit owners in the implementation of condominium by-laws and regulations, and with other issues that arise in the condominium form of ownership.
